Cupping sessions by Gaurav Ganapathi— a licensed Q grader, who evaluates coffee flavours and understands the science behind them — will leave you appreciating the different blends and notes of coffee. He’s worked at Tata Coffee, R&G, Starbucks and holds a Masters in Coffee Economics and Science from the University of Trieste, Italy. Need we say more?
With latte art classes, you can unleash your creativity by skilfully pouring steamed milk on the surface of the latte to make intricate creations.
