The recipe for this drink starts with making the jelly. You will need agar agar, brown sugar, coffee powder and water. Heat some water, add the remaining three ingredients in it and keep stirring. Once mixed, allow the water to come to a boil and then transfer the mixture to a container. Let it cool before covering and refrigerate it till the mixture sets, that is for an hour at least. Then cut the jelly cubes and keep them aside for later.

For the coffee mixture, take a narrow-mouth bottle, add coffee powder, sugar and hot water in it and shake it well for a minute or two. The last step is to assemble the coffee together. Start by adding chopped jelly to a glass with some ice cubes, then add chilled milk and finish with the coffee mixture!
