Now, it has been announced that when March arrives, it will begin flights from King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh and London Heathrow. Virgin Atlantic To Connect Riyadh & London
Yes, Virgin Atlantic has announced that it will soon be starting services on a new long-haul destination. Connecting London and Riyadh, the flights will begin from Sunday, March 30, 2025. The UK-based airline will be flying between King Khalid International Airport Riyadh and London Heathrow. In fact, this will be a non-stop service between the two cities and is expected to take six hours and 15 minutes. Not to mention, the route will be serviced by the state-of-the-art A330neo, which is the newest aircraft in the airline’s fleet. Not to mention, it’s also one of the most fuel-efficient in the airline’s fleet.
As the VS242 departs from London Heathrow at 2:45 PM, it will be touching down at Riyadh at 11:35 PM. While the VS243 will take off from the Saudi capital at 1:25 AM and reach London at 7 AM. In fact, this will be a daily London service, which means there will be 14 direct flights per week between the two cities.

At this point, it’s worth mentioning that the airline is bound to give an unmatched in-flight experience to its guests.
