Designed with a striking contemporary architectural style, the towers will be joined by a spectacular sky lobby, suspended 200 metres above the ground—topping The Link at One Za’abeel by a cool 100 metres.

Behind the project is a powerhouse collaboration of industry experts. The lead architect and engineering consultant is AtkinsRéalis, the Canadian firm responsible for major Dubai landmarks like the Dubai Metro and Dubai Opera. Corinthia Group, in partnership with Dubai General Properties and project management consultants QP, is spearheading the construction, with completion expected by 2030.
Corinthia, already a global luxury hospitality brand with stunning hotels in London, Lisbon, St. Petersburg, and Malta, is set to make a grand entrance into Dubai with this one-of-a-kind development.

Beyond its sheer height and jaw-dropping design, Corinthia Dubai will redefine what it means to live and stay in luxury. The hotel will house a next-generation wellness centre featuring:
