Yes, these include Barbeque Watermelon and Curry Rice, which have been enriched with fresh coconut yoghurt and curry leaves. Since, the focus for this year‘s edition is on hyperlocal ingredients, herbs and fruits that have been carefully planted by the chef in the resort’s island garden. Not to mention, these will be used for creating these delectable dishes.
Another highlight of this festival is that for the first time, Just Veg Festival menu can be paired with an exquisite selection of wines. And the chef has specifically requested a Sommelier Selection!
