If you’re a Thai food lover, chances are you’ve already heard of Boraan, the cloud kitchen that’s been delivering authentic Thai flavours straight to our homes for years. Now, they’ve taken it up a notch with their brand-new fine-dine spot, Easy Tiger, and trust me—it’s everything you’d hope for and more. Brought to life by Scotchie, the woman behind Boraan, Easy Tiger is a vibrant reflection of her passion for Thai cuisine and her roots. Inspired by her mother, who introduced her to the magic of Thai cooking, this space is her way of sharing a piece of Thailand with us—one delicious dish at a time. Curious about what makes it so special? Let me take you through my unforgettable experience.
A Vibrant Thai Affair At Easy Tiger By Boraan
Unlike the dimly lit, secretive vibes many new restaurants in Delhi have adopted, Easy Tiger stands out with its bright, airy interiors. High ceilings, a tastefully designed bar, and lighting that is just right create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The space feels like a slice of Thailand itself—modern yet rooted in tradition. Honestly, it’s hard to tell if I’ll be coming back more for the food or the space itself. That is certainly a testament to how well the restaurant has been crafted.
The menu at Easy Tiger by Boraan offers a delightful mix of salads, seafood, dumplings, noodles, rice dishes, and desserts, ensuring there’s something to suit every palate. Each dish bursts with bold spices, fresh ingredients, and a dedication to traditional Thai cooking techniques. From the first course to the last, every dish speaks of freshness and authenticity, with Thai staples like kaffir lime and Thai basil shining through.
Starters That Set The Tone
- Tom Kha Soup:
This fragrant coconut broth with oyster mushrooms and galangal was the perfect way to start the meal. Creamy, aromatic, and comforting, it set the stage for the flavours to come.
- Pomelo Yam Sam-O:
A fresh and vibrant salad with toasted coconut, fresh mint, and a raspberry Nan Yum dressing. It was as delicious as it was stunning to look at—an explosion of colour and flavour.
- Sticky Lemongrass Lotus Stem:
Crispy and perfectly balanced with a sweet chilli glaze, chives, and kaffir lime, this dish brought the crunch and spice Thai cuisine is famous for.
- Tom Yum Edamame:
While the dish was well cooked, I felt it could have used a bit more flavour. As an edamame enthusiast, I was hoping for a bolder punch.
- Firecracker Tofu:
The balance of flavours was great, but the texture left something to be desired. If the tofu had been crispier, it would have taken this dish to the next level.

Mains That Transport You To Thailand
- Flamin’ Red Curry Prawn Toast:
This was the highlight of my night at Easy Tiger by Boraan. Despite being full by the time I got to this dish, it stood out as perfectly crispy, juicy, and flavourful—a must-try for any seafood lover.
- Bangkok Fried Chicken:
It was crispy, flavourful, and elevated with Thai spices and a tangy pineapple finish. It’s the best fried chicken variation I’ve had in a long time!
- Shiitake Soy Crystal Dumpling:
These dumplings were nothing short of art. With their melt-in-your-mouth texture and delicate flavour, they left a lasting impression.
- Red Curry:
Made with Scotchie’s secret homemade curry paste, this dish was as authentic as it gets.
- Thai Basil Fried Rice:
Perfectly paired with the red curry, the rice made up for what it lacked in texture with an explosion of flavour.
Desserts That Dazzle
- Pandan Tres Leches:
Soft, fragrant, and creamy, this dessert exceeded all expectations. Toasted almond flakes added a delightful crunch to the smooth coconut crème.
- Jasmine Coconut Panna Cotta:
Paired with bruleed bananas, this dessert had the tropical essence of Thailand in every bite. Creamy, not too sweet, and with the perfect texture—it was a match made in heaven.
Craft Cocktails With A Thai Twist
- Shy & Demure:
The standout drink of the night for me. A coconut cream and gin-based cocktail, it was flavourful yet balanced, with just the right amount of sweetness. It came in a beautiful silver goblet brought from Thailand—a lovely touch.
- Tattoo:
A bold and refreshing blend of Thai basil-infused tequila, mango cardamom reduction, tiger liquor, and citrus. It was a punch of flavours that perfectly matched the spicy dishes.
- Full Moon Rising:
This elegant concoction of Toki whiskey, Choya Umeshu, and buckwheat tea was a refined, understated masterpiece.
With attentive service, an impeccable ambiance, and a menu full of authentic Thai flavours, Easy Tiger by Boraan is a restaurant that deserves your attention. Whether you’re in the mood for a casual dinner with friends or a special night out, this place delivers on every front. The fresh ingredients, bold flavours, and welcoming space make it a dining experience worth savouring.
Would I return? Absolutely. Whether for the Flamin’ Red Curry Prawn Toast, the Pandan Tres Leches, or the Shy & Demure cocktail, this vibrant gem has my heart. Easy Tiger by Boraan is a celebration of Thai culture, and I can’t wait for my next visit!
