I still remember stepping off the local train at Sewri station that Friday afternoon, where everyone seemed to be collectively heading towards the same place. Walking through the bylanes of Sewri alongside people charged to hear their kind of music, Sunburn 2025, for me, started long before I even reached the venue. People weren’t just going to a show; they were heading into a wonderland with insane excitement.
Sunburn Mumbai 2025 Has Set A New Standard For EDM Festivals In India
The excitement was unmistakable, especially because Sunburn 2025, organised by BookMyShow, had finally dropped anchor in Mumbai. Infinity Bay in Sewri wasn’t just a festival site; it felt like a hub for music lovers gathering to catch a glimpse of their favourite DJs. And by the time the first basslines dropped, the venue was already soaked in techno vibes.
Sara Landry’s Unbelievable India Debut On Day 1 Of Sunburn

You could feel it in the way crowds walked out of trains and autos, in conversations already syncing with distant soundchecks. Strangers bumped shoulders and smiled, asking to reach for directions, hinting at that festival agreement of “we’re in this together.”
The Beyond Infinity stage stood tall, daring you to feel anything less than awe. 15,000 sq ft of LED throbbed, setting the tone for the nights ahead.
The debut of Sara Landry, the American DJ in Mumbai, was nothing but bewitching and soothing to every techno lover. Her set blended dark, relentless, and deeply focused beats. Even people who came only to look around stayed longer than planned.
David Guetta’s Monolith Ruled Day 2 With A Bollywood Surprise
Saturday felt different from the moment you walked in. It felt like people were here for something more intense. You could spot fans patiently waiting around and dressed with more intention. Everyone knew why they were there.
But everything fell into place when David Guetta finally stepped behind the decks. Oh, that feeling to hear him play Titanium, Play Hard, and fresh festival edits was a mix of nostalgia, tears and peak energy. We danced till our heels practically broke loose, and getting back home felt impossible.
David Guetta’s Monolith Experience, backed by the stunning LEDs, hit every generation. Clean visuals and sharp transitions made the night magical. But there was a surprise yet to be unveiled. As the set came to a close, Nora Fatehi, the Bollywood diva, walked on stage to join David Guetta.
No warning or instruction swung by for this one. Their spontaneous performance turned a great night into a memorable moment for people to talk about long after. Phones went up, cheers got louder, and Mumbai froze for a minute to assess one of the most unexpected collaborations ever.
Axwell And Above & Beyond Stole The Show On Day 3

By Sunday, most of us had sore legs and hoarse voices, but did that stop us from going back? Hell, no!
People arrived early, with some sitting with their faces towards the stage before the music began. When Above & Beyond started playing tracks like Sun & Moon, fans raised their hands, eyes were closed, and everything felt at ease.
Then Axwell lifted the energy one final time. Don’t You Worry Child hit, and suddenly everyone remembered they are here for these insane drops.
Mid-Set Munching At Sunburn Mumbai 2026
The food and beverage experience at Sunburn Mumbai 2026 was next level. Gourmet pop-ups, solid comfort food, fast-moving food trucks, and more kept the crowd fueled. Brands included familiar favourites like Croffle Guys, Lil Gamby, Kepchaki Momos, a’BAB, The J’s, and plenty more to offer you a treat mid-set.
Between sets, flea markets buzzed, chill zones by Social did their job, and gaming corners by Game Palacio and more drew crowds all day at Sunburn Mumbai 2026.

Was It Worth It?
Sunburn Mumbai didn’t try to imitate Goa, and that’s why it honestly worked best for everyone. Day 2 alone justified the ticket. With Sara Landry’s intensity, the emotional calm of Above & Beyond, and Axwell’s close, this Sunburn edition set a new standard.
As the lights came up, nobody rushed to leave. That feeling of the festival concluding set deep in our hearts, but the memories forged across these three days felt incomparable.
For this year’s Sunburn, Mumbai wasn’t just a stop; it felt like home.
