Desi Bling Trailer Is Out! Here’s A List Of Dubai Places We Spotted Right Away!

The trailer for Desi Bling dropped, and honestly, half the internet is talking about the drama while the other half is busy spotting Dubai locations in the background. And fair enough, because the city is basically everywhere in this trailer. Between luxury hotel entrances, skyline shots and dramatic terrace conversations, Dubai almost feels like another cast member.

The Netflix reality series follows wealthy South Asians living in Dubai, and the trailer leans heavily into glamorous lifestyles, big personalities and social-circle chaos. Think luxury cars pulling up outside hotels, awkward confrontations at dinners and people walking away from arguments while the Burj Khalifa casually glows behind them.

Very Dubai. Very extra.

The Burj Khalifa And Dubai Fountain Show Up Almost Immediately

The easiest spot to catch is obviously the Burj Khalifa. Multiple scenes feature the tower in the background, especially during terrace conversations and skyline cuts.

Right below it, the Dubai Fountain also appears in a few quick shots during outdoor dining scenes. If you’ve spent even one evening in Downtown Dubai, you’ll probably recognise the area instantly.

Also, several scenes look filmed around the Downtown promenade area near Dubai Mall restaurants, especially during the nighttime sequences with fountain views behind the cast.

Museum Of The Future Makes A Quick Appearance Too

One of the faster trailer cuts includes the Museum of the Future flashing across the screen during a skyline montage. It’s brief but hard to miss because the building’s shape is so recognisable now.

Honestly, almost every Dubai-based show includes it somewhere these days. It has basically become the city’s cinematic shortcut for “modern Dubai”.

A Few Hotels Were Pretty Easy To Recognise

The trailer also appears to feature scenes filmed around Vida Dubai Marina & Yacht Club, especially during waterfront and poolside sequences overlooking the marina area.

Some shots strongly resemble Address Downtown, particularly the terrace dining visuals facing Burj Khalifa and the fountain area. Some indoor scenes also look connected to high-end Downtown hotel lounges.

Meanwhile, eagle-eyed Dubai viewers online pointed out what appears to be The Westin Dubai Mina Seyahi Beach Resort & Marina during a beachfront sequence in the trailer. The palm-lined outdoor setup and marina-side visuals look very similar.

There’s One Sports Spot Fans Think They Recognise

Some viewers also believe one short training sequence may have been filmed at Sania Mirza Tennis Academy, though this has not been officially confirmed yet. The courts and surrounding setup resemble the academy, but nobody from the show has verified it publicly so far.

That said, the trailer clearly wants Dubai front and centre. From marina skylines to luxury rooftops, the city’s most recognisable spots keep showing up between all the drama.

And honestly, spotting locations may become half the fun once the show actually releases.
