The footage captures chaotic scenes as many people were running to escape the attack. Though the bees were not clearly visible in the viral clip, the crowd’s behaviour indicated a sudden swarm attack that triggered panic among visitors. Some tourists also appeared to be swatting at the air or ducking while running through the premises to save themselves from the dangerous attack.
Not The First Incident Of Its Kind
This occurrence is not the first time a bee attack has disrupted the peaceful tourist attraction. The Taj Mahal has witnessed similar bee-related incidents on several occasions, raising concerns among visitors. Back in 2025, a beehive was dislodged near the Royal Gate of the Taj Mahal, leading to sudden panic and also leaving three visitors injured.
Back in 2019, too, the bees attacked many visitors, leaving them injured. As per a report by the Hindustan Times, not just bees but also dogs and monkeys continue to be a major nuisance at the Taj Mahal.
