Elloras’ Melting Moments Arrives In Mussoorie

Since 1953, Elloras Melting Moments has remained one of Dehradun’s most beloved food destinations. It is one of the oldest bakeries in the valley, and its popularity has only grown over the past seven decades, becoming a favourite across generations. Now, this iconic spot has finally expanded to Mussoorie, bringing its legacy of flavours to the hills.

Bringing its signature fresh bakes and warm aromas, the bakery’s arrival adds a touch of nostalgia and sweetness to the popular hill station, giving both tourists and locals another reason to stop and savour a bite. The new outlet opened its doors on March 26, quickly becoming yet another draw for visitors to the “Queen of Hills.”

Elloras’ Melting Moments was founded in the 1950s by Krishan Lal Gulati, an ex-army man. Nestled on Rajpur Road, the bakery was later taken forward by Virendra Gulati, an alumnus of Institute of Hotel Management Pusa. For Dehradun residents, this spot isn’t just a bakery, it’s an emotion. Generations have grown up eating here, and they have maintained the old-school charm despite all the upgrades.
