Movement On DND Flyover Restricted & Security Strengthened At Borders
Owing to the farmer’s protest, there have been heavy barcoding, security checks, and many road restrictions around Delhi and neighbouring states – Uttar Pradesh and Haryana. Now, the Delhi Police has issued a few more advisories that you should know about. To begin with, the movement on the DND flyover has been restricted to only two lanes.
This important flyover that connects Delhi to Noida and shortens the travel time will now see obstructed movement. This is mainly to avoid agitated farmers from entering Delhi. Besides the movement at DND, Ghazipur and Chilla borders have been sealed for the time being. There are diversions created to ease movement for the general public.
