However, after the restaurant in The Dhan Mill compound closed, it opened in Vasant Vihar. And this time with a new ambience and a new menu curated by 5 chefs!
People Of Tomorrow Is Open In Delhi’s Vasant Vihar!
People Of Tomorrow, founded by Ritv Kapoor, a vegan himself, is nothing less than a vegan school that is successfully raising awareness about preserving the environment and challenging people to adopt sustainable lifestyles. If you haven’t been a big lover of the vegan lifestyle up until now, P.O.T’s sustainable world is about to alter your mind.
It is a setting for changemakers where sustainability, good health, and delicious food all come together. The vegan idea of the restaurant is highlighted by more than just the food; rather, People Of Tomorrow practises what it preaches in every way.

Chef Anahita Dhondy Bhandari’s Dishes Are On The Menu
The new restaurant in Vasant Vihar offers a new menu curated by chefs, including Anahita Dhondy Bhandari. She shared an Instagram post congratulating the owner of the restaurant and giving an insight about her dishes on the menu!
Her post reads that the restaurant is open in Vasant Vihar in Delhi. And this time it has a new ambience and a new menu that is curated by 5 chefs, including herself. She shares some of her dishes that are on the menu. First is Tofu Akuri, a spicy and creamy tofu with onions with Parsi Sambhar Masala and served on top of a toasted bun.
The second dish is Pulled Meat Croquettes that is made with jackfruit and rice and is a flavourful delicacy. The third is called Baby Jewels which are roasted baby potatoes, baby carrots served with tahini creamy dip and dukkah, a spice mix.
There is Caul – Mi Suey on the menu which is a bowl of crispy cauliflower and millets with Khow Suey on top. Other dishes are Biang Biang Noodles, focaccia, pasta and some Japanese dishes.
