As it unveils the 16th edition of Culinary Art India (CAI), the stage is set for a celebration of culinary mastery and creativity. The AAHAR International Fair in 2024 will host the 16th edition of Culinary Art India. With assistance from ICF, ITPO and Hospitality First created this esteemed event, which is being brought to you by ICF, and focuses on culinary innovation and excellence.
One of the most important gatherings for the culinary sector in our nation is Culinary Art India. The Indian Culinary Forum hosts a signature event called Culinary Art India. The main goal of this event is to provide the top chefs with a stage and recognise and honour them with the finest items. The main goal of this event is to provide these chefs with the exposure they need to properly represent themselves and showcase their skills.\

What To Expect?
Culinary Art India 2024 is expected to draw more than 500 national-level competitors. There will be the addition of new competition categories, totalling 18 categories. Senior and apprentice chefs from all over India will compete. The main goal of CAI is to give culinary experts a stage on which to display their individual and group abilities. It also aims to promote networking, learning, experience sharing, and partnerships in a competitive setting.
Chef Gautam Sethi, Cluster Chef, Accor group of hotels, Phuket, Thailand, is the head of this year’s jury. The renowned Chef Arvind Rai is the organising secretary. The culinary challenge will be assessed by WACS-certified jury members from India and overseas.
As the 16th edition of CAI unfolds, it promises to be a culinary extravaganza like no other. The stage is set to showcase the very best of Indian cuisine and inspire all who attend to embark on their culinary journey.
