Did Kartik Aaryan Play Any Pranks On The Sets Of ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3’?

The charming bhoot enthusiast aka Rooh Baba aka Kartik Aaryan joined our Editor-in-Chief, Kamiya Jani, for this Diwali Special Sunday Brunch episode of 2024. We caught up with the ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3’ star about his upcoming film, Diwali parties, food choices, and more. While reflecting on his time working with phenomenal stars like Madhuri Dixit, the OG Manjulika – Vidya Balan, Rajpal Yadav, and Tripti Dimri among others, we learned about the prankster on the shooting sets.

Who Was The Prankster On Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 Set?

The much-awaited horror comedy film of 2024, ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3’ is all set to make its grand release on November 1, 2024. Ardent fans of this film series are pumped to see what the third instalment has to offer in terms of comedy, epic dance moves, bhootiya tales, two Manjulikas, and much more. 

While discussing this film, we asked the handsome Kartik about who was the prankster on this horror-comedy film set. Kartik Aaryan replied, “I was certainly not the prankster. The film has multiple humorous scenes that there was no need for a prankster,” and chuckled. 

He recalled that shooting comic scenes with a talented bunch of actors was the highlight of filming this comedy-horror. Along with that, as professional actors, they were committed to delivering a great shot and were too engrossed in it.

A Scene That Took Many Retakes And Why

Continuing on the same line of thought, Kamiya was curious whether he could control his laughter during serious scenes in front of the camera. Kartik disclosed that it becomes tricky for him to shoot such serious scenes. This results in multiple takes but he is glad this film is a comedy laced with horror.

He mentioned, “Thankfully, ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3’ is a film that has a lot of comedy. Filming the dialogue, ‘Manju, I am coming for you,’ was a laughter riot and took retakes.” The actor said the situation was extremely hilarious and he just couldn’t stop giggling with each take. Finally, he was able to suppress the laughter and give an epic shot.
