As it happens, it stood at the seventh position in the list of the top 10 most searched destinations for long-haul travel! According to a report by Khaleej Times, it was revealed that this popularity amongst travellers is a result of its attractiveness as a shopping hub. Especially with all the ongoing sale seasons in the UAE, such as the Dubai Summer Surprise, it’s an offer galore here. As such, this result shows that open destinations have seen quite a growth recently as compared to traditional beach destinations.
