Mud flooring, bamboo walls, wooden tables, leaf plates, bowls and are what gives this restaurant a unique ambiance and decor that invites people to dine in like a local in touch with a traditional environment.

What’s In It?
The designer and visualizer of Vishalla, Surendra C. Patel has tried to locate large and old utensils in the restaurant for a more ethnic touch. He has even created one-of-a-kind museum of old utensils to preserve their traditional beauty which is now a public charitable trust is named Vechaar.

A meal at this restaurant always begins with a Sandhya Aarti in a traditional village temple by the kitchen staff. The cooked meal is first offered to the Lord and then it is offered to the guests as a sign of reverence. The people at Vishalla believe that this is the reason why their food always tastes so good.
