Digital content creator Nikita Shah took to her Instagram page @saltinall to share her recipe for Blooming Cheese Ball. She describes it as a quick, easy and stunning snack. A perfect masterpiece for all your festive celebrations. It’s a herby-nutty cheese and chips combination that your guests at house parties won’t stop digging into. Undoubtedly, it’s gorgeous and an interesting twist to your chips and dip combo!

A Perfect House Party Recipe

Here’s a recipe for Nikita Shah’s Blooming Cheese Ball.

Ingredients 

– 150 gm of Cream Cheese
– 1 tbsp of Garlic minced
– 2 tbsp of Chopped Green Chillies
– 2 tbsp of Parsley finely chopped
– 2 tbsp of Basil finely chopped
– 2 tbsp of Walnuts finely chopped
– Salt to taste
– Chips of your choice

Method 

  1. First, add the softened cream cheese, minced garlic, chopped green chillies, parsley, basil and walnuts, along with salt to a bowl and combine.
  2. Mix these ingredients well and shape it into a flat cheese ball.
  3. Then, start piercing one end of the cheese ball with a chip. And keep piercing the cheese ball with chips until you get a flower shape.
  4. Once you get a beautiful floral shape like the one shown by Nikita in her reel, your Blooming Cheese Ball is ready to be served.

Like the Blooming Onion, the Blooming Cheese Ball is also a dish that has the shape of a blooming flower. It’s visually appealing and a dish that encourages a communal dining experience.
