There are not many coffee drinkers compared to tea lovers. Actress Divyanka Tripathi, recently shared a pic on Instagram and revealed why she switched to coffee.

Actress Divyanka Tripathi Prefers Coffee Over Tea!

Divyanka Tripathi is a well-known figure and is known for her memorable roles in television serials. She recently posted a pic with her morning coffee. It stated that the right kind of coffee is necessary for the right day. She actually prefers coffee over tea, unlike most Indians.

The post got several likes and fans were fawning over her look. However, one of the users asked her, ‘Isn’t switching from tea to coffee the same, as she was still consuming a beverage every day?’ The actress replied by stating that it is not the same as her preferred drink and is not an overwhelming mix of milk sugar and caffeine anymore.

She further wrote that every cup of masala chai had drawbacks like calorie content and added acidity. And cautions by stating that caffeine should still be consumed in a controlled way.

Is Coffee Better Caffeine?

Conversely, tea may offer protection from arthritis, kidney stones, and cavities.

Coffee contains more caffeine than tea, which may be advantageous for people seeking an immediate energy boost. However, in susceptible individuals, it could result in anxiety and poor sleep. Tea can be a better option if your caffeine sensitivity is really strong.
