Have you travelled to Italy? If not, do you know someone who has been there? While globetrotters have their share of experiences there, one of the most common fears amongst tourists is the fear of theft. Unfortunately, TV actors Divyanka Tripathi and Vivek Dahiya were victims of robbery in Florence. They were robbed of passports, wallets, and valuables amounting to ₹10 lakh. However, the nightmarish experience ended after the Indian Embassy helped Divyanka Tripathi and Vivek Dahiya with emergency certificates to return home and the couple thanked the Indian Embassy for this major help.

Divyanka Tripathi And Vivek Dahiya Will Return To India

It is a dream of travel enthusiasts to enjoy a glorious summer holiday exploring picturesque destinations in Europe. The celebrity couple was having the best time of their lives on this Europe trip. Alas, everything turned down south after their valuable items were stolen. Along with a hefty amount of money and expensive belongings, the most crucial documents, their passports, were stolen from their parked car.

All is well that ends well and finally, the actors’ daunting experience concluded. Divyanka Tripathi and Vivek Dahiya shared a picture on Instagram showing their emergency certificates from the Indian Embassy. The couple thanked the Indian Embassy in Italy for issuing these certificates and making their ghar wapasi possible. They also appreciated their fans and followers for their overwhelming love and support.

We cannot even imagine losing something as valuable as passports while travelling to an unknown city overseas. Understandably, Divyanka and Vivek went through turmoil during this phase of a few days in Florence. However, the great news is that they can fly back to India ASAP with their emergency certificates.

What Actually Happened In Florence?

Vivek took to his Instagram to alert Netizens about their experience in Florence. A car was parked outside with all their luggage and belongings as they were looking for a property to spend a few days in. They were utterly shocked to see the car broken and a robbery after returning from checking out properties in the Italian city. According to a report by Times of India, the thieves only left food and some old clothes.

They spent the next few days in a small town close to Florence. Finally, Divyanka and Vivek can begin their journey back home with emergency certificates issued by the Indian Embassy.
