Having called the UAE her home for the past eight years, Kiani has obtained the coveted permit to climb these challenging Chinese summits. Her achievements in the world of high-altitude mountaineering are nothing short of extraordinary. This makes her Pakistan’s most accomplished female high-altitude climber. She proudly holds the distinction of being the first and only Pakistani woman to conquer eight peaks exceeding 8,000 metres in height.

Her relentless pursuit continued in April 2023 when Kiani became the first Pakistani woman to conquer the towering 8,091-metre Annapurna. The following month, she added yet another remarkable achievement to her list by becoming the second Pakistani woman to scale the towering 8,848-metre Mount Everest. Later in May, she etched her name in history as the first Pakistani woman to successfully climb the formidable 8,516-metre Mount Lhotse.
