Dubai has made another new Guinness World Record by assembling the worlds largest jigsaw puzzle by DMCC putting together 12,320 pieces in honour of the Year of Zayed.
What Is It?
DMCC is known as Dubai Multi Commodities Centre which is a free zone in uptown Dubai and has created a new Guinness world record. The jigsaw features the official logo of the Year of Zayed initiative. The wooden jigsaw puzzle is created from 12,320 pieces over 6,000 square metres. After the completion of the initiative, the puzzle will be recycled by the Dubai Municipality as a part of DMCC’s “commitment to sustainability”.

What Else?
The executive chairman of DMCC, Ahmad Bin Sulayem quoted “The late Shaikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan was a visionary leader of rare perception. His Highness was confident, charismatic, encouraged the continuous pursuit of excellence and made bold decisions in the face of uncertainty. He also created a sense of collective purpose and possessed a granite understanding of progress for his people.”
