As it happens, the Dubai International Airport has won the ‘Best Airport For Food & Beverage Offer’ and ‘Best Airport For Retail Environment’. These prestigious awards have been given at the Asia Pacific Travel Retail Awards, which included many nominees for both these categories.

Nominees Included Airports From Doha, Singapore & Other Countries

Talking about the nominees in the food and beverage category, these included airports in Doha, Melbourne, Sydney, Singapore, and Kuala Lumpur. And for the retail category, the nominees were Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, Melbourne, Doha, and Istanbul. Not to mention, this award comes after the DXB Airport was also tagged as the world’s busiest airport for the ninth consecutive year! Moreover, did you know that Dubai Airport is home to the region’s first-ever Hard Rock Cafe? Yes, you will find everything from exquisite dining options, such as Paul, a French bakery, to popular retail outlets, such as Chanel and Gucci.
