Dubai Municipality has allocated 3,200 land plots to Emirati citizens in the emirate under the directives of Sheikh Hamdan. The action carries out HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid’s aim of improving favourable living conditions for Emirati nationals. News was announced on Twitter by Sheikh Hamdan. The committee authorised the distribution of 11,500 land plots for residents during its first year, as well as 7,050,000 home loans that would have helped about 7,000 individuals. Sheikh Mohammed issued orders in February to distribute 8,500 land parcels in the Al Yalayis 5 region to the Emirati people. The properties are situated on a 120 million-square-foot parcel of land.

UAE residents may purchase land plots if they have gotten the Mohammed bin Rashid Housing Establishment’s clearance. Using the ‘Emirati’ online service on the Dubai Now app, citizens may choose the plot that best meets their needs. Families will be given preference when applying for land allotment in the same community.
10 km of lush greenery will be built in the Al Yalayis 5 area for recreation and taking a stroll. Over an area of 11 million square feet, there will also be developed entertainment spaces and other facilities that can be reached in 20 minutes, such as food stores, a gym, and a cycling track.
The allotted plots will be completely serviced and include parks as well as essential and recreational amenities. The committee authorised the distribution of 11,500 land plots for residents during its first year, as well as 7,050,000 home loans that would have helped about 7,000 individuals.
So if you have applied for these housing loans and are eligible for these plots which one are you selecting?
