Palm Jebel Ali is one of the most awaited projects in Dubai and it’s basically the bigger version of Palm Jumeirah. The fronds, which give it the leaf-like appearance of a palm tree will be dotted with villas and a slew of amenities. And it’s expected that these fronds might be ready by early next year! Yes, according to a report by Khaleej Times, it was revealed that six fronds of the Palm Project are expected to be ready by the first quarter of 2025 and we are here with all the details related to the project.
6 Fronds Of Palm Jebel Ali To Be Completed By Early 2025
Palm Jebel Ali is one of the most awaited projects in Dubai and it is expected that the site might be ready by the first quarter of 2025 as revealed by the developer on Monday, August 26. Once this is done, it will allow for the commencement of villa infrastructure and civil works. This development comes at a time when Nakheel has awarded AED810 million contract for marine works in the area. This company will be responsible for dredging, land reclamation, sand placement, and beach profiling. As a result, it’s going to support the construction of villas across all the fronds.
Marine Works To Commence Next
So, it is expected that the entire scope of marine work can be over in just two years! As it happens, work will also begin for the new public access road that will connect the project to the Sheikh Zayed Road. It’s worth mentioning that last year Palm Jebel Ali launched over 700 units of its phase 1 front villas. And when these were put on sale, they were sold out within hours with long queues of property brokers and investors! Not to mention, the progress on infrastructure and marine works will support the delivery of these houses, which is scheduled for a handover in the late 2026.
To jog up your memory, once it is complete, the island will span 13.4 km. It will feature 16 fronds and 91 km of beach. Shaped like a palm, this is an artificial archipelago, which is twice the size of Palm Jumeirah. In fact, it is expected to house 35,000 families!
