Al Suwaih Park is all set to be inaugurated in the wilayat of Jalan Bani Bu Ali on April 29th. It is being inaugurated by the South Sharqiyah governorate and marks the launch of the key development project. The project aims to enhance community life and support local economic activity as reported by Muscat Daily.

2. Primark Opening Date For Mall Of Emirates Confirmed

Primark, which is the go-to UK fashion shop, has confirmed its opening date for Mall of Emirates store. Yes, going by the Instagram post, it is all set to open on May 21st, which is just before the Eid al-Adha break. The first Primark store opened at Dubai Mall on March 26th followed by the second store at City Centre Mirdif on April 9th. Soon, Primark will also open in Bahrain and Qatar.

3. Sheikh Mohammed Visits Al Barakah Dates Factory

Recognised as the world’s largest privately owned factory, this is located at the Dubai Industrial City. Spanning over 800,000 ft.², it was visited by Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Mohammed who is the Ruler of Dubai. It should be noted that this facility stands as a global leader, indeed, in processing and packaging.

4. King Fahd International Airport Launches Sleeping Pods

King Fahd International Airport in Dammam has launched sleeping pods. Yes, these are within the services of the International Departure Lounge, which is near Gate 16. Travellers are offered greater comfort and tranquillity as they wait for their flights to depart.

5. Riyadh Air Launches Flights To Jeddah, Madrid, And Manchester

Riyadh Air recently announced that it will add flights to Jeddah, Madrid, and Manchester from Riyadh. Yes, as the new national carrier continues to expand its network, this addition comes ahead of its planned commercial launch. Earlier, Riyadh Air also named Cairo as a key destination on its network and mentioned its plans to operate the daily flights from Riyadh with Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner.
