Brunch At Night? Zuma Dubai’s Yashoku Turns Wednesday Into Party Nights

Midweek plans in Dubai just got an upgrade and not the quiet kind. Zuma Dubai has rolled out its new Yashoku Night Brunch, bringing a high-energy evening concept straight from Zuma Hong Kong to DIFC. Starting Wednesday, 8 April, the event isn’t your typical brunch. It kicks off at 8:30 pm and leans into the night, blending food, drinks, and music into one seamless experience.

Yashoku, which means “evening meal” in Japanese, sets the mood. This isn’t about making reservations ahead of time or grabbing a quick bite. It’s about getting comfortable, sharing food, and letting the night happen.

Guests can spend 2.5 hours in Zuma’s lounge, which is a more relaxed and social place. The layout makes it easy to talk, move around and yes, stay by the bar long after the last dish is served.

A live DJ keeps the tempo up, turning dinner into something closer to a party without losing that signature Zuma polish.

What’s On The Menu?

The food comes in a way that everyone can share, so no one has to stare at their plate. Expect to hear a lot of Zuma’s best hits.

Cold starters are seabass with yuzu and salmon roe, as well as meat tataki with truffle ponzu. Then there are the warm plates, which include crispy chicken karaage with chilli lemon, wagyu gyoza and sweet corn tempura with a citrus kick.

Mains don’t hold back either. There is grilled Chilean sea bass, spicy meat tenderloin, and a whole potato that has been roasted and somehow steals the show. Sushi platters come out in the middle of the meal, and desserts end things on a sweet note.

Free-Flowing Drinks And Packages

The food and drink menus are in sync with each other. Throughout the night, guests can drink wines, sake, beers, and Zuma’s famous cocktails.

You can choose between prosecco and bubbly with tiered packages, so you can make the night more exciting or keep it low-key.

Yashoku shifts the idea of Wednesday nights. It’s no longer about getting through the week. It’s about breaking it up with something that actually feels like the weekend came early.
