Going through the booking channels, there is no availability until January 4th, as revealed in a report of Hotelier Middle East.
Armani Hotel Undergoing Refurbishment
Armani Hotel, which is a luxurious property in Dubai, targets a refurbishment project to be completed by the quarter four of 2026. As revealed by Hotelier Middle East, it has been closed since April 1st, 2026, for undergoing a comprehensive full-scale refurbishment. These renovations would be true to their iconic style. For the unversed, this luxurious hotel is located in the Burj Khalifa, which is the tallest building in the world.

Other Dubai Hotels Also Undergoing Renovations
Not just the Armani Hotel, but also St Regis Dubai The Palm, also closed its doors, and Park Hyatt Dubai also announced its temporary closure from May 1st. The former announced that it would be closed temporarily for renovations. While the latter is entering the final phase of its renovation programme, for which the works are expected to last around six months, it will be temporarily closed. Coming back to St Regis Dubai The Palm, although booking channels show unavailability of the room, until August 31st, dining venues continue to operate at the hotel.
Quite recently, Burj Al Arab, which is one of the most iconic hotels in the world, also announced that it would be undergoing some major interior renovations. Another Marriott property, JW Marriott Marquis Dubai, will also be shut temporarily for renovations, along with Anantara World Islands Dubai Resort.
So with these hotels undergoing some major makeovers, you can expect that once they return, they’re going to be back with some absolutely gorgeous upgrades that might just be difficult to miss.
