Come October, You Can Directly Fly To Finland From Dubai With Emirates, Marking The 1st Direct Flight From UAE

Emirates is a Dubai-based airline, often regarded as the world’s largest international airline. And on January 13th, it announced that it will be launching daily flights between Dubai and Helsinki. Yes, the flights would start in October, expanding the airline’s footprint in the Nordics. As it happened, the new service would become the only year-round direct link between Finland and the UAE, and here’s all you need to know about it.

Emirates Announces Flights To Helsinki

Becoming the first year-round direct link between the UAE and Finland, Emirates announced that it will be starting direct flights between Dubai and Helsinki from October 1st, 2026. This service would operate with the newest aircraft type of the airline, the A350. Yes, bringing the latest products, this also includes the highly acclaimed Premium Economy given on flights to Finland.

What Are The Flight Timings?

Emirates flight EK167 will depart from Dubai at 8:45 AM. And, it will arrive in Helsinki at 2:55 PM. On the other hand, the return flight, which is EK168, will depart from Helsinki at 4:45 PM and land in Dubai at 12:20 AM, the following day. It should be noted that the flight schedule has been optimised so that it ensures a smooth onward connection that is convenient for people travelling from destinations across the East and the Southeast. So, basically, connections who are travelling from destinations like Phuket, Hanoi, Tokyo, Seoul, Beijing, and Singapore, to name some. It would also be a great onward connection for those from across West Asia and popular Indian Ocean points, it would offer a smooth connection for them.
