You cannot talk about Dubai without mentioning the super luxurious Atlantis The Royal on the Palm Jumeirah. It is known as Dubai’s best luxury hotel and beach resort, offering you the best amenities, services, and hospitality. From a business point of view, Atlantis is planning a global expansion by launching four hotels across the globe. This is to cash in on the leisure travel boom that the industry is experiencing currently.

Dubai’s Atlantis Plans Global Expansion

Dubai’s Atlantis, under its plans to expand on a global level, is planning to come up with four additional hotels across the globe. It is attempting to capitalise on a surge in leisure travel that has so far defied inflationary worries and a gloomier outlook for the economy.

The managing director of Atlantis Dubai, Timothy Kelly, said that they are looking at many different markets and opportunities and wish to grow. He said that they are looking forward to cracking some deals along the same lines.

The company is right now looking to expand into well-known markets like the Middle East, North America, and Southeast Asia. Atlantis Hotels is currently operating two huge properties around the world. One in Dubai and the other in China.

Sustained Rebound In Leisure Travel

Dubai’s Atlantis informed about its plans to expand globally just in time when the industry is experiencing a sustained rebound in leisure travel. This has boosted the prices of air tickets, rental cars, and even hotels.

Results from companies like Booking Holdings Inc., Expedia Group Inc., Royal Caribbean Cruises, and TUI AG show that consumers are still eager to spend money on experiences and services even when they are cutting back on purchases of tangible products.

Kelly said that they are receiving a lot of phone calls from investors who are interested in Atlantis The Royal as a brand and not Atlantis The Palm as a brand.

According to Kelly, Atlantis normally makes investments in towns with partners to lower the risk of projects that can cost up to $2 billion to create and take up to five years to establish.
