Folly is a well-known restaurant that bid goodbye to people at its Madinat Jumeirah location quite recently. Boasting a refined restaurant rooftop bar, the sophisticated vibe of the restaurant was enough to draw people back. However, it closed with a promise of returning again to a new location. And we have just the address where this restaurant will be returning for its second innings.

As revealed in a report by the Caterer Middle East, it was mentioned that Folly Brasserie will be coming up at the Address Montgomerie Hotel, Emirates Hills. While other details are yet to be unveiled about the new eatery, we can expect that the new restaurant will probably take the place of the erstwhile establishment, The Orangery, which has now closed. In case you haven’t gotten the drift, the use of the word brasserie in its name is a descriptive addition. For the unversed, this French dining hall style and has a grand central bar.

In case you weren’t aware, the parent company behind is the company, Naim Maadad. The closure of the restaurant was previously revealed to have been undertaken due to the evolving and maturing dining scenes in Dubai. Although the restaurant set quite a benchmark when it first opened in 2017, but then it closed down, as it the people and their needs had changed a lot over the years. It’s now set to open once again to cater to the changing tastes of the people, and so one can expect quite an upgrade.
