The new Stadium Bus Station, which is next to the Stadium Metro Station in the Al Qusais neighbourhood, has been launched by Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA). Here’s all about the bus routes, connectivity and everything this new bus station has to offer.

Stadium Bus Station Inaugurated!

The new bus station is the best option for commuters because it is designed to reduce travel times and offer smooth connections to other mass transit alternatives. The new bus station will be the starting point for buses on routes :

Route 23 will also travel through it. In order to guarantee that travellers arrive at their destinations more quickly on the following lines, the RTA’s Public Transport Agency will implement some enhancements to the express lines:

The itineraries of the lines will be altered, with the X28 line’s route being shortened to terminate at Agora Mall. The E102 inter-city bus route will be adjusted to provide weekend service to Musaffah Bus Station and expedite travel times between Al Jaffiliya Station and Terminal A of Zayed International Airport.

These enhancements are all effective from May 3.

Route 91A is scheduled to be cancelled on the same date. From Al Ghubaiba Bus Station, commuters can take the alternate route 91 to Jebel Ali Port Zone. The authority stated in a statement that it was dedicated to growing the public bus system and tying it in with other modes of public transportation like the metro, tram, and marine services.

Earlier, the RTA halted all intercity buses throughout the Emirates and all buses travelling from Dubai to Abu Dhabi while the weather was bad. For those who don’t have a car, intercity buses are the only mode of transport in the UAE. Dubai is connected to Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Hatta, Fujairah, and Al Ain via this bus service.
