1. 4 Hours Per Week Allocated For Arabic Language Instruction In Abu Dhabi Schools
Abu Dhabi Education Authority has mandated that 240 minutes or four hours per week will now be allocated to Arabic language instruction. Not to mention, this new policy is applicable to all early childhood education levels, including classes from nursery to second kindergarten.
2. DXB Drops Parking Prices
DXB has announced a drop in their parking prices. Yes, costing AED100 for just three days, this offer begins on June 10th. In fact, for seven days, it will set you back by AED200 and for 14 days, you will have to pay AED300. This offer is only valid till June 30th, and at Terminal 1 Car Park B, Terminal 2 and Terminal 3.
3. Jumeirah Residences Emirates Towers Launched
This new luxurious tower has been launched by Meraas, which is a member of Dubai Holding Real Estate. Featuring 754 branded residences, it includes everything from one- to four-bedroom layouts and is set across two distinctive towers.
4. Sheikh Hamdan Witnesses The Launch Of National Service Athlete Programme
Sheikh Hamdan had witnessed the launch of the National Service Athlete Program, which is a joint initiative by the Ministry of Defence and the Ministry of Sports. In fact, it also supports elite Emirati athletes who are enlisted in national service. They have done so, by integrating them into specialised training programmes. This, as a result, allows them to continue the development and even maintain peak performance during the service period.

5. Umrah Visa To Resume From June 10
Saudi Arabia recently revealed that it will resume issuing Umrah Visa from June 10. As the pilgrims performed the final leg of the Hajj, the season has finally come to an end. And now the restrictions, which were earlier put in place for Makkah during the Hajj season, will now be lifted.
