1. Emirates Opens Travel Store In South Korea And Japan

Emirates recently announced that it has opened the first travel store by the airline in South Korea. Yes, now open in Jongno-gu in Seoul, the retail presence just gets bigger. This comes after it opened the first dedicated Emirates travel store in Japan as well. This store is located in the Osaka Bus Link Commercial District

2. Indian Travellers Could Soon Use UPI In The UAE

Soon, travellers from India in the UAE might be able to rely on their passports. They won’t need to carry cash or multiple cards because UPI might soon be available in the country. A move to simplify cross-border mobility, this is going to make the payment experience easier for travellers from India.

3. Dubai RTA Complete Comprehensive Travel Enhancement Works

Dubai RTA has completed comprehensive traffic enhancement work. This has finished at the intersection of Al Wasl Street and Al Manara Street. The project sees the addition of a new lane for vehicles. This is especially for those who are heading towards Sheikh Zayed Road from Al Manara Street. As a result, there has been an increase in the capacity by a whopping 50%.

4. The SRSA Issues Maritime Tourism Agent License

In order to support the coastal tourism in Saudi Arabia, the Saudi Red Sea Authority will issue a maritime tourism agent license. This would be to Maritime Solutions Company, who are based in Jeddah. Not to mention, it also reflects the authorities’ commitment towards organising and enhancing coastal tourism activities.

5. Zayed National Museum Opening Month Announced

Recently, it was announced that the Zayed National Museum is going to open to the public in December 2025. Located in the Saadiyat Cultural District, this museum will feature six galleries. With 300,000 years of human history, these will be spread across two floors. Not to mention, you will also find artefacts from across the UAE, donations, and key domestic and international loans. You will also find Abu Dhabi Pearl, which is one of the world’s oldest natural pearls along with Blue Qur’an at the museum.
