Emirates Issues Travel Advisory For Customers, These Are The Busiest Travel Dates In December

With the festive season nearly here, Emirates has already issued an advisory for its passengers who wish to fly with them in December. Yes, travellers have been urged to plan ahead due to the large number of passengers, departing from Dubai International Airport. So if you are planning to travel this December, here’s what the advisory states.

According to the advisory released by Emirates, 88,000 passengers will be travelling during the peak travel season. This is expected to occur between December 12 and 15, and then from December 20 to 22, and again from December 27 to 29. As a result, travellers are advised to arrive at the airport at least three hours before the flight so that they can reach their departure gate on time after getting done with all the boarding formalities.

How Can Passengers Save Time?

As such, passengers can even streamline their check-in and baggage drop process through a multitude of options available to them. For instance, passengers of Emirates can check-in online or via their app 48 hours before departure. Not to mention, they can also drop off their luggage at the airport, 24 hours or 12 hours before their US flights. Similarly, the airline also offers home check-in services at no cost to customers of first class and Skyward Platinum Members. Additionally, there is also free parking available for up to two hours at the airport. Not to mention there is a special priority lane for security, check-in, passport, control, and priority boarding if required. So, you might want to keep these things in mind, in order to avoid any confusion and save time during the several processes at airports.

With so many facilities available for people travelling during some of the busiest days in the season, boarding and check-in are bound to be a seamless experience.
