Emirates Reveals Busiest Travel Dates
Emirates has revealed that a large number of travellers will be departing and arriving in Dubai. The UAE’s flag carrier, Emirates is expecting busy weekends ahead of the Eid al-Fitr holidays. Yes, as revealed in a report by Khaleej Times, and the airline has urged customers who are departing from Dubai to come with extra time in their hands. In fact, the busiest dates for departure in Terminal 3 will be on March 28 and 29 and April 5 and 6.

80,000 Daily Customers Expected
It is expected that 80,000 daily customers will be travelling abroad for their holidays. As a result, passengers have been advised to arrive early up to 3 hours before their flights. They must take note of the boarding times, and can even drop off their luggage at the airport the night before the day they’re supposed to travel.
Moreover, they can also check in early and drop off their luggage 24 hours before the departure or 12 hours before the departure in case they’re flying to the US. As it happens, customers should clear passport control and security 90 minutes before departure. And they have been advised to reach their gate number no later than 60 minutes before their flight. Additionally, the boarding gates will close 20 minutes before the departure, and the check-in and gate closure timings will be followed quite strictly.
So, people have been advised to keep all of these things in mind if they are travelling on these heavy dates.
