Yes, Emirates made an announcement on June 13, that the airline plans to introduce its much-talked-about premium economy services for customers who will be flying to and from the Indian cities of Mumbai and Bengaluru. The newly retrofitted flagship A380 aircraft will begin its operations starting on October 29 and will feature the new premium economy seats and of course refreshed, interiors for an elevated experience for the passengers. So, travellers who will be travelling on the Dubai-Mumbai route will be able to book the premium economy seats on EK 500/501. And those flying between Dubai and Bengaluru will be able to book their flights on EK 568/569.

It must be mentioned that these seats are more luxurious, there is better legroom, and of course, the passengers will be able to indulge in an elevated dining experience. Not to mention, you can book this seat immediately from the website, Emirates sales offices, and travel agencies. It must also be noted that premium economy features are already available on nine destinations globally, which include New York JFK, San Francisco, Houston, London Heathrow, Sydney, Christchurch, Melbourne, Singapore, and Auckland. As it happens, these premium economy cabins are also set to make a debut on flights to Los Angeles beginning in July. Moreover, customers will be able to enjoy award-winning in-flight entertainment on ice with over 5000 channels of on-demand entertainment on this aircraft.
