Etihad Airways planned a special surprise for young travellers on the occasion of Eid Al Adha in order to offer happiness and joy. The airline from Abu Dhabi organised an Eidiya distribution for kids travelling to airports to catch flights, which is a custom throughout Eid.
Etihad Airways Distribute Eidiya For The Little Travellers
Etihad Airways made the decision to cheer up their Little VIPs this Eid as they started their summer adventures. Their approach to commemorating Eid in line with the authentic custom handed down through the years is with the Eidiya, a unique financial gift.
Also, apart from giving seamless travel connectivity, a new festive menu and in-flight entertainment, Etihad is surprising its travellers this Eid. The little VIPS were handed down the cash packets by Etihad Airlines taking them for a quick surprise. Only kids flying out of Abu Dhabi were delivered this Eidiya.

Tawam Hospital Cancer Patients Receive Presents In Al Ain
Friends of Cancer Patients (FoCP) recently paid a visit to Tawam Hospital in Al Ain. They gave the children there Kiswat Al Eid (Eid attire) and Eidiya (Eid presents) as part of their mission. The aim was to spread happiness and hope to children with cancer.
Through interactive experiences, the visit, which was organised in collaboration with Kiswa Operating and Recycling L.L.C., aimed to improve the young patient’s spirits during their medical trip and give them an enjoyable day.
An activity sponsored by Zimmer Biomet allowed kids to show off their artistic abilities. The kids celebrated the event of Eid through a sketching and colouring session. It was the highlight of the joyous event.
Through these activities, FoCP’s commitment to providing all-encompassing care and support to kids with cancer shines. It is motivating the neighbourhood to band together and improve the lives of these valiant warriors.
FoCP urges the community to take an active role in helping children with cancer. You may play a major part in changing their lives by giving your time or money in the form of a gift. Visit the official FoCP website to become involved in helping these kids not just for Eid but around the year.
