What It Is?
Meaning ‘wonder‘ in Norwegian, the restaurant is called ‘Under Lindesnes‘ and is partially submerged in the North Sea. The restaurant is designed by Snoehetta, a celebrated Norwegian architecture firm.
“The fascination is just this movement from above water to underwater through the building … The big window exposes the underwater, not like an aquarium, it’s the real thing,” as told to Reuters by the founder of Snoehetta, Kjetil Traedal Thorsen.
What’s In It?
The underwater restaurant can seat 40 customers and be able to withstand bad weather. An 18-course meal here can cost Rs 30,000 per person!
On the opening day, almost over 7000 bookings were made! Paying guests will also soon be able to visit the luxurious restaurant. Go get pampered among the beautiful sea life people!
