Tiger Shroff Shared A Hilarious Story About Why He Was Named ‘Tiger’
You might wonder why Jackie Shroff’s son, Tiger Shroff, is named so. Well, we have the answer for you finally! Kamiya spoke to Tiger that he had an interesting name and asked about how he came to be named ‘Tiger’.
He shared with us that he used to bite people during his childhood because this behaviour showcased his affection towards his loved ones. So, everyone started calling him Tiger and he eventually took it up. This is the reason why he got named Tiger. Akshay was surprised to hear this story and said, “Something new I learned about Tiger!” Same Akshay, same!
What Is His Real Birth Name?
We now know that Tiger is not his stage name but rather was a nickname given to him due to his ‘affectionate’ behaviour. Now it is his official name but he shared with us his real name on his birth certificate. It was Jai Hemant Shroff which came from his father’s real name, Jaikishan Kakubhai Shroff, and his uncle’s name, Hemant Shroff.
He also admitted, “People look at me quite strangely when I introduce myself.” Only if they knew the reason behind your name!
