Arjun Bijlani and his family prepared a grand food spread for the guest. They indulged in a gastronomic experience and relished scrumptious delicacies such as brown rice, white rice, Sindhi kadhi, and a mutton preparation.

Here’s How To Cook Delicious Sindhi Kadhi At Home Easily
This recipe has been prepared mostly by Arjun’s mum and wife and they have added a family-special unique ingredient too.
Ingredients:
- Oil
- Mustard seeds
- Fenugreek seeds
- Cumin seeds
- Hing
- Curry leaves
- Green chillies
- Besan
- Tomato puree
- Drumsticks
- Gavaar (cluster beans)
- Salt
- Jaggery powder
- Turmeric powder
- Red chilli powder
- Coriander powder
- Cumin powder
- Okra
Follow these steps:
- Heat oil in a kadhai and temper mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, cumin seeds, hing, curry leaves, and green chillies.
- Next, add besan to the kadhai and saute for some time.
- Once done, add tomato puree, drumsticks, and gavaar and let it boil for a few minutes.
- Add salt and jaggery powder and cook it.
- Also, add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, and cumin powder.
- Meanwhile, fry okra to remove the stickiness. Transfer the fried okra to Sindhi Kadhi.
Homemade delicious Sindhi Kadhi is ready to be served with rice.
