When you book a business class air ticket, you expect comfort, better amenities, and an overall nicer experience. What you don’t expect is dirty seats, lack of in-flight entertainment, and having food on a hair-infested pillow. American Vlogger Shares Worst Business Class Experience Air India

Drew Binsky is an American travel vlogger who has visited all 197 countries worldwide. He shares his travel experiences on social media and recently, he posted about his “Worst business class experience” with Air India. He was travelling from London to Amritsar with the airline and paid $750 (₹63,618) to upgrade to the business class. However, after his experience, he vowed never to fly Air India again.

In a video shared on Instagram, he shared the “pathetic” experience. For starters, his seat was broken and did not recline. So, he had to sit for almost nine hours in the same position. Next, the table refused to come out and he was given a “hair-infested pillow” to eat on by the staff. The seat was filthy and you could see dust collected in every corner. The in-flight entertainment system was no better and the cherry on the cake was that the wi-fi wasn’t functioning as well. Even the hot towel served was cold, according to Drew’s video. This made him question, “What kind of business class is this?”
