Embark on a voyage of flavours at Bait Al Bahr, where the art of seafood is elevated. Live tuna roll preparation, mastery of Omani seafood soup, oven-baked seabream fillet, and grilled fish steak will be served. The delightful conclusion arrives in the form of a burnt Basque cheesecake.
Capri Court caters to Italian enthusiasts. It weaves a tapestry of grilled scallops with tomato tartar, ricotta and spinach dumplings, homemade chitarra pasta with prawn tartare and cheese fondue, culminating in the revered ‘II Branzino’ – a seabass masterpiece. The Affogato dessert bids adieu to the Italian journey.
Chef Ida takes the reins at Chow Mee, an Asian delight. Revel in Thai deep-fried breaded prawn cake, Indonesian-style Wagyu baby short ribs, Thai wok-fried seafood rice noodles with peanuts, and iconic dishes like Nasi Goreng. The journey finds a sweet ending with mango sticky rice and vanilla ice cream.
Sultanah beckons with Omani tuna crudo, braised octopus with beetroot couscous, and Omani lobster bisque elevated with caviar and cauliflower foam. Pan-seared seabass with fennel cream smoked Frankincense-infused chicken, and a captivating lemon meringue dessert with passion fruit crud and basil-infused yoghurt ice cream complete this remarkable culinary voyage. The ‘Taste of Shangri-La’ beckons all food connoisseurs to savour every moment. Every flavour and every memory created during this extraordinary celebration will be long-lasting.
