1. Dal With Rice

A no-brainer in almost every Indian household, dal-chawal or dal-rice is food for the soul. Interestingly, this classic combination is packed with essential nutrients. Shweta Panchal informs that while dal is loaded with a specific protein called lysine, rice has sulphur-filled amino acids, this makes the pairing ideal for your health. 2. Yoghurt With Nuts
