For the third consecutive year, the chef will be returning to cater the Golden Globes and the menu will feature some of his most celebrated signature dishes. As per Golden Globes’ website, attendees will enjoy Yellowtail Jalapeño, Caviar Cup, Lobster Salad with Spicy Lemon Dressing, Tai Matsuhisa Nigiri brushed with Nikiri soy, Salmon Nigiri brushed with Nikiri soy, Tuna Nigiri brushed with Nikiri soy, and Miso Black Cod.

Moët & Chandon is also making a comeback as the official champagne of the award show. Attendees will be served Impérial Brut and Rosé Impérial champagnes. Also, Saratoga Spring Water is also returning as the Official Water of the Golden Globes.

As for the dessert, celebrities will be indulging in a white chocolate mousse, pistachio sponge, and ceremonial matcha cake, which will be garnished with a Golden Nobu coin! Did we drool a little? Absolutely!
