Pucker Up! This Pune Restaurant Is Serving A Lip-Shaped ‘Chef’s Kiss’ Dessert

There are desserts you simply enjoy, and then there are those that make you pause, admire, and rethink every bite. When we say ‘chef’s kiss,’ we usually mean perfection, excellence, or top-tier quality. At Pune’s Farro, the ‘Chef’s Kiss’ dessert is exactly that. This striking dessert makes you stop, take it in, and appreciate the artistry before you even think about digging in.

Taking ‘Chef’s Kiss’ A Little Too Seriously!

Crafted by chef Vardaan Marwah, Chef’s Kiss at Farro is an eye-catching creation that arrives in the shape of lips! Blurring the line between art and indulgence, this bold, Instagram-worthy dessert is exactly the kind of sweet treat that lives up to its name.

The plump lips are crafted from red berry sorbet, carefully set to resemble human lips. Below the ‘lips’, as you dig in, you’re met with layers of chocolate crémeux, a grain cookie base, and raspberry snow–all coming together to create a dessert that not only looks stunning but tastes just as incredible.
