A video posted by food vlogger Rahul Thakur (@foody_rahul_) on Instagram is taking the internet by storm. It shows a vendor casually preparing sugarcane strawberry juice. We have all seen sugarcane juice carts on the streets and heard about their countless benefits. But what caught netizens’ attention was the way the vendor extracts the juice.
The vendor places chopped strawberries inside a hollowed-out sugarcane stalk. He then puts the sugarcane along with the strawberries into a juicer. In the next scene, a pink-hued juice with big strawberry chunks is dispensed into a pitcher. Honestly, it looks refreshing, delicious, and healthy. The video is going viral and has caught the attention of not just Indians, but foreigners too.

Netizens React To This Healthy Fusion Drink
The best part about this sugarcane strawberry fusion juice is that it is extremely healthy. There are no processed chemicals and no extra sugar. Just two simple ingredients. Netizens were clearly impressed. One user wrote, “Honestly, I know that this drink tastes amazing,” while another commented, “All you have to do is just strain out the strawberries or whatever got into the juice, and it should be perfectly fine!
