Dubai’s public parking operator, Parkin, has rolled out a new monthly subscription model across the city, aiming to simplify life for frequent drivers. Instead of fumbling for payment every time or fretting about fines, motorists can now park with peace of mind, on a fixed monthly rate.
Parkin Launches Monthly Parking Subscriptions In Dubai Starting From AED250
Parkin’s latest initiative offers flexible monthly subscription plans, starting from just AED50. It targets daily road users who rely on public parking in areas like Dubai Hills, Silicon Oasis, Wasl Real Estate communities, and other designated zones across the emirate.
The goal is simple: reduce the stress of repetitive payments and the risk of overstaying fines. With this model, drivers can now park without the clock ticking in the back of their minds.
Subscriptions Tailored To Frequent Users
Here’s a breakdown of the new pricing structure:
- AED250/month: Parking plots in Zones B and D
- AED300/month: Wasl Communities Zones W and WP
- AED500/month: Roadside and plots in Zones A, B, C, and D
- AED500/month: Dubai Hills public parking (631G)
- AED1,000/three months: Limited areas in Silicon Oasis
- AED1,400/three months: Silicon Oasis Zone H
These rates allow residents and professionals in busy areas to secure regular parking without daily hassle.
How To Apply In Three Easy Steps
Parkin has made the subscription process entirely digital, cutting down the paperwork and queue times. Here’s how it works:
- Check the Map: Identify the area you want the subscription for and click “apply”.
- Fill in Your Details: Submit your Emirates ID, vehicle details, and date of birth.
- Pay Online: Choose from 1-month, 3-month, 6-month, or 12-month options and make the payment online.
Once done, your subscription is activated, and you’re free to park in the selected zone without daily payments or app reminders.

A Step Towards Smarter Urban Mobility
This subscription model is part of Parkin’s wider digital shift. Earlier this year, Parkin revamped its tariffs for premium parking zones, aiming to optimise availability and traffic flow. It also launched a smart app, offering users seamless access to public and multi-storey parking payments. Now, with this subscription model, Parkin continues to align with Dubai’s vision for smart city infrastructure.
In a city where time is money, Parkin’s monthly subscriptions might just be the smarter way to park and get on with your day.
