US Man Makes Aloo Puri Breakfast With First Recipe Available On Internet

Sam Jose is a US-based content creator who loves to cook. Despite not being a trained chef, he has some impressive cooking skills. He recently started a series where he would attempt making breakfasts from across the globe till he finds a recipe that he would love to eat every single morning. Sam started off for this with a famous Indian breakfast, aloo puri.

He begins by mentioning that he only started liking Indian food a year ago and he hasn’t “ventured outside of butter chicken yet. So trying Indian breakfast is pretty crazy.” For reference, he clicked and followed the first recipe for the dish that came up on Google. While cooking, he said that his kitchen smelled “like an absolute heaven” and he was really looking forward to trying this breakfast out.

As for the puri, he mentioned that it was “probably the easiest dough” he has ever made in his life. According to him, puris are basically street tacos and tortillas. Coming to the taste test, he said that aloo puri was “an interesting breakfast.” When it came to rating, he gave this Indian dish a 4/10 and something he won’t be eating for breakfast again.
