The good news is that you can enjoy this Korean dessert at home! This candy should be prepared inside a ladle. So, add sugar to the ladle and place it over medium to low heat. Gently stir the sugar in the ladle till it entirely melts. Pour the mixture onto a silicone mat once the sugar melts. Press to flatten the liquid evenly and place a cookie cutter to cut out the shape. The technique is easy, right?
