Katrina’s nutritionist Shweta Shah shared about the actor’s day-to-day diet and food habits in a conversation with Shlloka. Their conversation about the ayurvedic diet and celebrities’ food preferences is quite insightful and focuses on crucial healthy factors as well. Shweta Shah revealed about Kaif’s diet stating that the actor enjoys eating two meals daily. The star observes and understands her body “a lot” and avoids blindly following people on the Internet. Katrina is curious about knowing the answer to everything and understands the value of food and its role as medicine.

Katrina’s priorities are not weight loss or inch loss. Instead, she is interested in understanding the energetic qualities of food and its effects on her body. That’s a unique perspective, right?

Here Are Some Of Katrina’s Regular Healthy Lifestyle Choices

Katrina Kaif’s go-to nutritionist revealed that the actor was a pitta body. Even today, she loves eating black raisins and chewing fennel seeds quite regularly. A mandatory addition to her daily diet is ash gourd juice. If it is unavailable, she replaces it with a glass of amla, coriander, and mint juice. The Merry Christmas actor loves indulging in ghar ka khaana and has a crew to take care of and arrange her homemade meals. Katrina follows a disciplined lifestyle and prefers being ‘early to bed, early to rise’.

Katrina is a follower of Ayurveda and follows self-care rituals such as oil pulling, shatapawali (walking 100 steps after lunch and dinner), and nasal cleansing.
